Location: Clapham Junction, London (2 minute walk from Clapham Junction station) Full time, permanent contract (Office hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour's unpaid lunchbreak) Remuneration: 22k - 25k + pension + benefits and uncapped annual bonus based on personal and company performance Do you have the drive to succeed in sales and consistently hit goals? Essential requirements: * To speak and write in fluent French or Spanish, and to have spent time in France or Spain for study or work * To have a native level of English (both written and spoken) * Strong sales acumen and enjoy working towards targets/goals * Enthusiastic, with a polite phone and e-mail manner * To be a self-starter and problem solver; a professional and confident individual, with ability and desire to work as a team * Resilient to challenges and setbacks. This is a sales role, so you'll need the ability to stay motivated on the tougher days * A flexible outlook, a quick-learner who is comfortable working in a highly process-driven and regulated environment * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately whilst juggling multiple tasks * We hire from all different backgrounds, but you must have a demonstrated passion for overseas cultures - be that through studying or taking holidays abroad The role and responsibilities: Working initially with a Senior Consultant and their clients you will learn the full sales and service cycle of a client's journey and will soon become the clients' main point-of-contact. As you develop your knowledge of the international finance products and lending criteria you will take enquiries from warm leads (so no cold calling) to bring on your own clients. After matching these products to the client's requirements, you will produce a personalised quote and work to bring the client on board through telephone contact, emails and face-to-face client meetings. Once the client has committed, you will work to obtain and prepare all the necessary information, ready for the file to be analysed and submitted to the relevant lenders, and following a successful application, you will work with all the international third parties to ensure that the client successfully purchases their property. As well as liaising with our high-net-worth clients, you will also build relationships with our premium partners (top financial advisors, exclusive property finders) and the international banks and will be offered the chance to travel abroad on work-related business to further develop these relationships. The career progression to Consultant is typically around 18 months and comes with the opportunity to become CeMAP-qualified. Why us?
