If you are a skilled Request Fulfilment Analyst and keen to understand what the next step in your career can look like and how we can support your ambitions, read on: What you'll be involved with: The IT End User Services Specialist coordinates daily operations of workplace systems and maintenance of IT Equipment Infrastructure such as personal computers, output management and other IT End User devices. They ensure that standards, operations, processes and procedures are aligned and can lead escalation management of unresolved service requests after an end user escalation. As you progress, you'll apply your growing technical knowledge to set up systems accesses, hardware and software for our key clients and their new hires and upgrades for staff. You'll integrate your technical knowledge and business understanding to recommend and facilitate quality and process improvement efforts to drive ongoing transformation for our company and customers. What do I need to succeed? You will be a UK national (dual nationals are acceptable) and willing to undergo (or already hold) Security Clearance to SC level. Due to the growth of this division there are several positions available and you will have either currently worked as a 2nd line engineer position or find yourself solving 1st line issues and service requests but are looking to seek a company that can offer further career progression. You will have experience in areas such as either Window Server, Windows Desktop 7 and 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange or SCCM, using a Service Request/Incident Management tool such as ServiceNow. This position will provide you with variety and fast paced environment and we'll have the tools and the technology to allow you to provide key solutions for some of the biggest clients in the world.
