Job Title: PIA Compliance Officer Who are we? Airband, a well-established innovative family established Internet Service Provider is expanding! Role Compliance in line with PIA Agreement conditions and the understanding of its requirements / Build complete / Audit / Accreditation / Engineering Principles / Governance experience of PIA Duties + PIA Openreach knowledge and experience and understanding of the PIA Agreement and its conditions + Compliance with PIA audits and ensure the Audits are complete. Liaise with the project teams to ensure any remedials are completed in a time. + Ensuring Openreach deadlines are met within the Contract to avoid breaches + Understanding of the PIA processes and requirements + Complete the end build pack process in an efficient way and ahead of the NOI expiry deadlines. + Ensuring our poles and Openreach poles are registered as an asset for utilities and maintenance + Summarise the Conditions of the contract and ensure high risk items are communicated and followed through. Also added to the Risk Register with mitigations. + Understand the requirements within Openreach's Engineering principles and follow through with civils partners and engineering teams. + Understand and communicate Openreach changes (via webex IWG calls). Translate and share with the relevant teams and an audit register is maintained. + Understanding of fibre deployment and feeding into the process where necessary in line with Openreach needs and requirements. + Strong process and governance experience + Fibre planning experience would be advantageous + Maintain register of the PIA accreditation certificates for all resources working on Openreach's network in line with Openreach engineering principle standards. + Ensuring PIA induction Training is taken place for new starters and Civils Manager and Supervisors + Understanding of Equipment Procurement in line with Openreach engineering principles Requirements + PIA Openreach agreement experience and knowledge of their processes + Process management skills - Systems thinking, performance measurement, facilitating + Communication skills - assertiveness, interpersonal, influencing + Planning skills + Analytical + Decision making + Delegation + Problem solving + Motivating What's in it for you?
