Care Co-ordinator Band 6 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Barnet East Locality Team as a Band 6 CMHN/Care Coordinator. Based in the Borough of Barnet, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a challenging and diverse role. You will be joining an experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary team in a supportive working environment, with a visible and accessible management team who are committed to providing a high quality of service to our population. The successful candidate would be enthusiastic, committed to work within the recovery model and is dedicated to improve the well-being of service users and their carers'. As a Community Mental Health Nurse within the team, you will hold a varied caseload, undertaking the role of care coordinator for those with complex mental health needs along with providing specific interventions. You will need to be flexible and enjoy new challenges to meet the developing needs of the service. There is a strong commitment to promoting your professional development. You will be supported by clinical and management supervision and will be given the opportunity to develop and enhance clinical skills, therapeutic interventions and case management through an annual appraisal and a personal development plan.
