Job Description

We're recruiting an office based Account Manager for the UK's largest developer of pharmacy healthcare software, you'll see their solutions used in around 40% of high street pharmacies, playing a key part in the health and wellbeing of a huge proportion of the UK's population. The role will see you contacting existing pharmacy customers on the anniversary of their contract to secure a new 4 year contract whilst selling and renewing their computer hardware and protecting revenue. You will be part of the Customer Success Team working closely with field based Customer Success Managers across the UK, a dedicated team responsible for maximising the value of the product portfolio and services, whilst promoting solutions to prospective customers. Newton Blue is the on-site recruiter for this leading developer of pharmacy software, with around 130 people in Lancashire and part of a global 5000 strong group You're next role? * An office based role which will see you contacting existing pharmacy customers to secure contract extensions, upselling and cross-selling a product portfolio of software solutions and support services * Contacting existing pharmacies to: renew/refresh computer hardware; secure/renew contracts for a predetermined period and protect revenue; identify opportunities to increase product portfolio/services to existing customers; support field based sales team * Provide insight and intelligence to the business, working within your dedicated sales team, whilst liaising with other departments to help deliver a first rate customer experience. * Work alongside your sales colleagues to manage inbound sales calls, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline Our person? We're looking for someone with B2B or B2C sales experience, either phone based or field based, who can easily build relationships with customers, influence and persuade, upsell and cross sell and spot commercial opportunities. Someone who can quickly understand a portfolio of software solutions and products and customer pain points, who is confident and resilient with a great phone manner and natural customer empathy. Package includes a salary of £22,500 plus commission and a great benefit package Employment Type: FULL_TIME
