The Senior Manager - Digital Transformation is accountable for accelerating the UK digital transformation, strategically driving the trial and scaled implementation of innovative digital transformation initiatives across the Consumer and Business organisations. The role reports to the Head of Digital Enablers within Consumer and has a team of dedicated specialists to support the trial and implementation of transformation and major change initiatives. These will be of a strategic magnitude, and may include operating model changes across Consumer or Business, the adoption of agile practises, and affecting changes across the adjacent supporting areas e.g. Finance. What will you be doing? * Setting up and running a new Digital SteerCo governance model across the UK in line with the new Operating Model and ways of working. * Senior stakeholder engagement, predominantly with Group, Consumer and Business Leadership Teams. * Identification of opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the Consumer or Business P&L, working predominantly with Tribe Leads and Chapter Leads. * Definition and management of trial /programme deliverables that will move us towards our vision, improve the Tribes' effectiveness, and help us reach our Long Range Plans. * Work with the Group Digital Transformation Office (GDTO) to help shape and roll-out best practise blueprints e.g. Agile Finance, Agile Supply Chain, etc. supporting adjacent business areas in the UK e.g. Finance. Who are we looking for? * Previous experience of managing complex change and projects across large organisations, with budgets in excess of 10m. * Strong track record of delivery and benefit realisation (either in traditional project management, Go to Market, or agile teams). * Experience working on Operating Model / Organisation Design transformation projects in agile organisations. * Operational experience in a Telecommunication environment is preferred. * Digital transformation consulting experience an advantage. * Working knowledge of agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
