To welcome this new client to The Marketing Store, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Partnerships Executive to join our new team. As Senior Partnerships Executive you will support the management of key partnerships across multiple categories, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible. This includes everything from partner initiation and development through to coordination and hand-off to account teams. You will develop, maintain and produce effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all partnerships are delivered while keeping the client's needs in mind. We will be an important strategic player for O2 - setting the Priority vision for the next 6 months (and next 6 years); solving O2's and partners' genuine business challenges; providing innovative thinking and innovative creative ideas. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY As the Senior Partnerships Executive, you are someone that is inquisitive by nature. You are genuinely excited by the consumer experience and how partnerships marketing can enhance this. You ask the questions that others don't, unafraid to challenge the norm. It's important for you to have your finger on the pulse, constantly maintaining your knowledge of the industry and communicating relevant business trends. A positive, can-do attitude goes a long way here and we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, an analytical mind that thrives off of data-driven insights, and a passion to bring innovative solutions to clients. Digging deeper on the details: Business Development + Seek out new categories and emerging brands to engage; innovating new means of profiling, pitching, and negotiating targeted partners, + Proactively work to identify new opportunities to deliver fresh and relevant partners; - proactivity will be key to the success of this account + Manage your own pipeline of partnership opportunities, ensuring partners adhere to O2 Priority's short and long term strategic objectives. + Develop engaging and informed client-facing reports + Develop and assess inventive suggestions and solutions for promotions that keep with and advance the client's objectives + Assist with the strategic development and coordination of partnerships calendar planning + Ensure meticulous and actionable evaluation reports are carried out on all stages of campaigns and partnerships Partner and Account Management + Understand and assist the Partnerships team in the day-to-day management of partner negotiations, projects costs, quotes and budgets + Develop and maintain a positive, and productive working relationship with the client and external partners + Responsible for tracking and managing partnerships calendar updates, and sharing with wider Partnerships and Acco
