If you're an engineer with experience of delivering improvements within a manufacturing environment, this great opportunity would allow you to contribute to engineering improvements at our Macclesfield campus. We'll look for you to build on your experience across several areas covering polymer manufacture, clean / sterile manufacture as well as primary and secondary packing. Responsibilities As an Improvement Engineer you'll provide key technical and engineering support to the manufacturing area. With technical expertise you'll have a responsible and conscientious approach to allow good prioritisation of improvements via risk and benefits analysis. Through the application of technical capability, engineering tools, systematic processes and good engineering practices, we'll expect you to deliver and handle asset improvement initiatives, process improvements and project delivery. We'll empower you to lead or participate in Project Management processes for revenue and capital improvement projects. Essential Requirements: * Relevant technical/engineering qualification (or appropriate experience) * Knowledge of delivering equipment/process improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment including change control * Application of Qualification/Validation and its related documentation * Technical report writing & generation * Effective influencing skills and partner management * Excellent organisational skills and small to medium project management experience Desirable Requirements: * Experience within a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment * Technical support within manufacturing, including structured root cause analysis * Experience in product design and AutoCAD * Knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence/Lean ways of working If you believe you are what we are looking for and you are searching for a challenging and rewarding career in Engineering, please apply!
