Mortgage Administrator - Keighley, BD21 PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Estate Agency / Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a further Mortgage Administrator. The partner firm are a forward thinking organisation and welcome flexible working and so are happy to explore a combination of home working / office working. The administrator will be responsible for assisting a team of advisors, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and introducers. We are ideally looking for a minimum 1 years independent mortgage administration experience in either Financial Services or an Estate Agency environment. Competitive base salary of 18,000 - 23,000 DOE and is negotiable Responsibilities: + Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status + Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion + Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post + Point of contact for introducers + Book client appointments + Data entry of mortgage & protection applications Skills & Experience Required: + A minimum of 1 years mortgage administration experience. + Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. + Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. + Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. + A team player with ability to use own initiative.
