Mortgage Administrator - Keighley, BD21 PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative (AR) of Primis Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Keighley, West Yorkshire but with flexibility to commute to Leeds from the Summer . Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Estate Agency / Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator. We are keen to work around the successful candidate by way of working patterns that work for both the candidate and the business. We would be happy to consider hours that work around school runs for return to work parents. The administrator will be responsible for assisting a team of advisors, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and introducers. We are ideally looking for a minimum 1 years independent mortgage administration experience. Competitive base salary of £18,000 - £25,000 DOE negotiable Responsibilities: Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post Point of contact for introducers Book client appointments Submission of mortgage & protection applications Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 1 years mortgage administration experience. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative.
