Senior Staff Nurse - Renal Dialysis Unit Do you have the ambition to lead a team? Can you maintain exceptional standards of patient care and inspire others to do the same? You must have experience in a nephrology unit, ideally with a recordable Renal Nursing qualification. Who is Fresenius Medical Care? You will develop, implement, evaluate and assess care programmes for dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease or acute renal failure. Planning treatment to meet care requirements, you will work within your team to ensure that communication is effective, individual care plans are implemented and training requirements are met. Yeovil Dialysis Unit operates 13 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 60 patients, in partnership with Dorset County Hospital NHS Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA's on each shift. This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 7.00am to 11.30pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 7.00am to 6.30pm Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.
