We are seeking a superstar Senior CRM Executive to join our team to help accelerate our CRM strategy and engagement programme. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role is focused on delivering high-impact CRM campaigns to maximise customer value and deliver the business objectives. Recipient marketing is an area of growing importance and investment for WorldRemit and the role has great future potential as the CRM team expands. An ambitious and robust individual with experience directly in CRM, including SMS, email and social media marketing. This person will be eager to put their mark on a newly evolving, multi-channel CRM strategy for recipients and creating best-in-class customer communications that deliver ROI. They will be experienced in SMS, email and social media marketing channels, while experience of marketing to consumers developing countries will be beneficial. The person in this role will interact considerably with various stakeholders across the business including Product, Data, Customer Services and Operations teams, as well as the Online, Brand, and Performance teams within Marketing. This role will have a direct impact across key business objectives: * Building customer relationships across the world: Positively engage customers to establish a strong connection between them and the WorldRemit brand, focussing on recipients. * Increased product adoption and activation: Increasing the conversion rate of recipients, signups and leads to become active WorldRemit customers. * Retaining and engaging active users: Driving customer transactions by creating touch points with senders and recipients across the customer lifecycle. Improving key metrics, including Customer Lifetime Value, revenue and churn. Leveraging recipient influence over their sender's choice of money transfer company. * Supporting optimisation of customer data and technical processes: working cross-functionally to help build a new and robust customer view to enable multi-channel. Key responsibilities: * Creation and deployment of customer lifecycle campaigns - triggered and automated programmes * Developing CRM campaigns at scale to maximise customer value * Reviewing current customer marketing activities and implementing commercially driven improvements and optimisation testing * Working with the wider Operations team on developing and communicating regular product updates to our customers * Working with the wider CRM and Marketing team on seasonal / ad hoc marketing campaigns * Working with the Design and Content team on briefing in and developing high standard creatives and content for various customer channels * Building and testing segments using Emarsys and later Braze * Building emails, push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns * Upholding a high-quality standard in reviewing and finalising customer facing communications Essential skills and experience: * Minimum 2 years CRM experience * Demonstrable experience building, deploying, reporting on and improving manual, triggered and automated programmes in Emarsys - Email and SMS * Experience with push and mobile campaigns * Proactive and a self-starterwith the ability to manage projects, organise and prioritise * Highly fluent English, written and spoken * Strong attention to detail * Strong commercial acumenand results-orientated * Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to interpret results and derive actionable insights * Creative and analytical capabilities * Friendly, approachable and communicative * A mentality which embraces global diversity Highly desirable skills and experience: * Degree level education2:1 or above * Experience using HTML to build email campaigns from scratch * Working knowledge of SQL * Experience using Braze * Knowledge/experience of FS / money transfer * Experienceof working in a multinational / multi-market organisation * Experience of working in a regulated environment * Additional languages What's in it for you... * Life assurance of 3 times your salary, should the worst happen * Pension scheme offering 8% matched contributions * Private medical and dental care plans * 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 after 3 years * Free breakfast and fruit every day Oh and of course we'll pay you every month, at a competitive rate.
