Job Description: We have an opportunity for a Treasury professional to join our team on a fixed term basis. You will join an established team and take ownership for driving and improving processes. This opportunity suits someone from an operational background with strong stakeholder management skills and you will be responsible for ensuring the embedding of our treasury management framework. The contract duration is 12 months. #LI-MS Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the Group monthly, quarterly, interim and year end reporting activities in relation to liquidity, cash, FX and financing and ensure best in class reporting for senior management. Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash management including disciplined repatriations to Group, counterparty exposure management and cash investment working with the regional teams. Drive the development of the Group cash flow forecasting processes to a reliable and informative best in class process. Manage all operational aspects of debt management including debt servicing, forecasting, covenant compliance and reporting. Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements. Provide technical and other support for projects as needed. Support the strategy for an effective treasury management system. Support and enhance technology to streamline and automate processes as appropriate Streamline banking and operational processes, to include cash pooling structures as necessary Build and maintain strong working relationships with key country business stakeholders and ensure local decision making is aligned with the global perspective Support VP, Group Treasury on funding initiatives and the management of funding relationships Support other corporate activity as necessary, e.g., M&A/corporate restructurings Support any other related treasury activities as they arise Key performance indicators: The treasury policies and treasury management framework are embedded Strong demonstration of continued process improvements Timely and robust treasury forecasting and reporting Function: Finance Country: United Kingdom Office Location: London Location Region
