Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Registered Nurse to join an elderly/dementia care home as the Deputy Home Manager in Birmingham. As a Registered Nurse, you will be joining a company who have a fantastic reputation across the Midlands for their high standard of patient care and staff development. As a Registered Nurse in this luxury care home, you have responsibility for assisting in the management of a business and a team. As part of the leadership team the Registered Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the unit operates effectively and of course ensuring you deliver the very best quality care. We are ideally looking for a Registered Nurse with some experience of leading a team or ambitions to work as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager and has worked in an elderly care setting. Criteria for the Deputy Home Manager include: * Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN * Experience leading a team * Experience working in a elderly care setting.
