Requirements The Role... You will provide technical leadership and steer architectural design of the digital platform. On a typical day you will: * guide decision making; * progress devolution of ownership; * connect technical and non-technical stakeholders alike; * support multiple technical teams; * shape and influence architectural strategy; * define and implement governance; * facilitate discussions between and in cross-functional teams; * challenge and evolve the status quo. Requirements and Qualifications: * must have 10+ years of software industry experience; * must have 5+ years of commercial hands-on software development experience; * must have 2+ years of lead software developer experience; * experience designing, building and maintaining a microservice architecture; * experience designing, building and maintaining monoliths; * experience designing, building and maintaining API platforms; * experience on the major cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure; * consider yourself a database aficionado; * hands-on experience with Kubernetes; * experience with continuous deployment; * experience working with remote teams, offshore teams and third-parties; * experience communicating with non-technical business stakeholders; * familiarity with Sitecore is a plus; * excellent communication skills both in detail and high-level.
