The WW Specialized Sales Organization is a diverse team that specializes in helping our customers (from Startups to Enterprises) leverage the entire portfolio of AWS services. We are seeking a Specialized Sales Business Operations and Planning Manager based in EMEA, to address the Business Management needs of the local EMEA sales team as relates to the WW Specialized Sales Organization. This role will manage a team of EMEA based Specialized Sales Operations leads dedicated to specific AWS services. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges and has experience in operations and planning for a Sales organization. The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and has the foresight to anticipate business needs, make tradeoffs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints. This role will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek ways to invent and simplify business processes. Maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to influence are all essential to success in this role. You will work closely with the EMEA sales leadership teams and Specialized Sales leadership team along with our cross-functional stakeholders to identify and drive improvement opportunities for critical sales processes and mechanisms. Examples include: improving the effectiveness optimizing our territory and coverage structures and processes, and developing rigorous approaches to growth planning and metrics. You will need to effectively communicate the Specialized Sales model to the local teams, being attuned to additional local needs that need to be addressed and developing robust mechanisms to address this . You will need to be flexible to pick up new projects and requirements across a wide range of organizational activities as they arise.
