The role Westminster are seeking to invest in an experienced Team Leader who will drive and manage a team of systems analysts working across a broad range of enterprise systems including Office 365, Identity Management Systems, End user computing systems and cloud based solutions. As part of this role you will be key in driving the development culture & Agile practices within the team and the dev/ops culture across IT Services. You will lead the Enterprise Systems Development Team responsible to drive the development of innovative IT services especially around cloud based services ensuring that the University can exploit and drive innovation and improved services through technology. This will also include driving architectures, processes, policies, technology roadmap and documentation to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and inline with our digital stategy. Your profile * Experience of acting in a management, technical or team lead capacity and working with wider IT Teams and Non-technical staff to engage in new initiatives and technology adoption particularly around enterprise systems and software solutions. * A strong background in managing and developing a more Agile & dev/ops aligned approach with experience across Design, Architecture principles and Technology Roadmaps * Experience of working within a large, complex multi-site organisation with experience of managing MS Office 365, Cloud Solutions, Identity and Access Management and End User computing technologies such as SCCM Communication * You will be a self-motivated and dynamic individual who is able to be adaptable and flexible and able to adjust to a new situations and environments * Effective oral and written communication skills, with a logical and pragmatic approach to tasks * Ability to communicate with people at all levels, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users As an employer of choice, the University of Westminster offers an extensive benefits package including: * Competitive salary of £52,915 - £57,361 dependent upon experience * 35 days annual leave plus Christmas closure days, public holidays * Competitive pension package * A healthy work-life balance for all employees * Professional and personal development and training opportunities Close Date: 10th June Interview Date will be held by virtual interview on Friday 19th June For more detailed information, please contact Hannah Groves or Amanda Whicher and visit our dedicated recruitment website: webmicrosites.hays.co.uk/web/university-of-westminster Employment Type: ["FULL_TIME"]
