To welcome this new client to The Marketing Store, we're looking for a charismatic and forward-thinking Senior Partnerships Manager to join our new team. Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, you will be tasked with managing two Senior Partnership Executives within the Always On team who are responsible for identifying and securing innovative partnerships with iconic, unique and ground breaking brands, whilst implementing the pitch strategy and creative ambitions for upcoming and future partner-promotions. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the team, and will directly impact and execute against partner profiling, negotiation, and management. In this role, you will leverage your partnerships, brand, and business development experience to engage with strong partners that deliver and satisfy the client's marketing and promotional needs. This is an exciting opportunity to not only influence one of the most enviable partnerships accounts in the world, but also to help build the department into a true powerhouse in the industry. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY You have a deep-rooted background in the partnerships industry with a repertoire of contacts and a consistent record of securing the best in-class deals. As Senior Partnerships Manager, you understand how partnerships play a key role in exciting loyalty and promotional marketing initiatives and excel at mentoring teams on how to enhance the overall customer experience. In accordance, you will be relied upon to provide your expertise in developing enviable partnerships solutions across all agency briefs, as well as supporting various internal and external teams.
