Your Purpose As a Process Manager you will manage and control all aspects of the National Returns Centre (NRC) Function with the support and guidance of the Operations Manager. Ensuring that compliance and standards of quality are delivered at all times. Achieve the highest possible throughput using best practices and a high level of staff training in order to achieve and exceed productivity and CPU targets. About the role You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Support them with the leading, organising and controlling the Manual Supervisors and Manual Team Leaders including daily briefings, 121's, performance reviews and team meetings. You will be accountable for the daily planning and management of manual operations including throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets. Ensuring the appropriate level and standard of resource is assigned to the manual areas to cover all shifts across the working week in line with forecasted volume. There will also be the managing and controlling mis-sorts and damages, momentum 100% scanning compliance, managing Client SLA's and Cost To Serve Modelling. You will have responsibility for all H&S, hygiene and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your area and will Lead by example in creating a professional and a high-performance people orientated culture within the function that thinks inside the box.
