We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us here at GWI. Not just any old Senior HR Business Partner though. About the job As a senior member of the People Team, you will possess a genuine approach for supporting our GWI'ers which will include senior leaders and their wider teams. You will be instrumental in supporting GWI's people vision for today and our future needs, driving engagement across all teams and locations, supporting the embedding of our mission and values and being the go-to for our leaders when it comes to coaching, guidance and advice on all things People & Culture. Working directly for the Global Head of People and Culture, you will not be alone! You will work closely with the entire people team which will include, Reward, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. Key roles and responsibilities: * You'll deliver People strategy and be the driving force for cultural initiatives * Provide expert guidance and advice on all employee relations for your business areas being the go-to person when it comes to employment law and legislation changes * Build strong relationships with leaders and their wider teams * Be commercially aware when building a people strategy along with understanding and identifying the businesses needs * Resolve complex employee relations issues, and support and advise managers on HR-related issues & policies * Providing day to day performance management guidance, ranging from appraisals to career development through to coaching and talent succession * Help GWI to provide a fantastic employee experience for all employees * Data-driven, use data to support decision making, reporting on people metrics and not shy away from an excel spreadsheet About you First things first, as a disruptor in the global market research industry, we haven't come this far without entrepreneurial spirit and a get-up-and-go attitude.
