Job Description
Extrastaff is a highly professional and successful recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary driving & industrial personnel and operate from 28 locations across the UK. Recently we have moved all of our teams online to work remotely and actually increased the number of temps working weekly despite the current economic situation. This is something we will look to take forward along with the branch based work, when we return to normal working in the weeks ahead. Our achievements are entirely due to our highly committed and professional field staff backed up by an amazing Head Office & Administrative team, many of whom have been with us for a number of years. Our staff retention is amongst the highest in the industry, a reflection of how we look after the people who look after us. Due to internal changes and client demands we are seeking to a new consultant to our hugely successful branch in West London. We are seeking an individual with a positive personality, who can communicate at all levels and who have the ability to get on with people. An excellent face to face and telephone manner and a willingness to work both individually and as part of a strong team is key. Previous experience of the recruitment sector is helpful but certainly not essential. Two of our most recent additions to the Extrastaff team, had no previous experience and had just left university. They are already highly successful due to their personality and commitment not their prior experience (or lack of it!). We pay all of our consultants the same excellent basic salary regardless of their experience and each receives 10% of the weekly gross profit generated by their desk, with NO threshold - yes its totally uncapped!! For those with longer term ambitions and who want progression, most of our Branch Managers joined as consultants, showing that we are committed to promoting from within, and we provide a full induction, development and ongoing training package through our resident trainer.
