Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Development Manager has arisen within our growing company. We are a leading recruitment company with year on year growth of 20% now looking to expand our team with a recruitment Business Development Manager based in London. As a Business Development Manager, you will be 100% client-focused and you will play an important part in helping Jobline achieving its growth targets through delivering new business. You will be identifying and winning new corporate accounts, initially focusing on PSL Business and Sole/Lead supplier contracts. You will work across our 5 divisions, IT, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement and Financial, focusing on clients in London and the South. We offer a good salary package with great OTE potential and a range of other company benefits, such as 25 days holidays, a chance to buy and sell holidays to name a few. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment or recruitment business development and the skills to build excellent relationships and a great communicator.
