You'll be responsible for supporting your Supervisor and Outbound Manager in ensuring that your shift processes the parcel volumes and returns that it has been targeted to, as well as supporting your team and answering any queries they may have. You will step up and use your initiative to make sure that your shift is ran smoothly and in line with the Depots Health & Safety guidelines and best practise. You'll report in to your Outbound Process Supervisor and you will assist in providing leadership across the shift. Some of your responsibilities will be to manage small projects and also help settle in new members of the shift. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career with us and take on more of a leadership role. You must be able to work well in a team and take the lead on projects amongst your shift. Your annual salary will be £21,970 (including process lead up-lift) with overtime available at a premium rate.
