Pharmaceutical Process Project Engineer - Liverpool Opportunity: This is a brand new opportunity that has been created due to expansion. Are you currently working as a Project Process Engineer within the pharmaceutical or related industry looking for your next opportunity? Are you a green or black belt certified in six sigma? Do you have good MS Project experience? If yes then please read on. My client is undergoing a big manufacturing capacity expansion project and your role as a Pharmaceutical Project Process Engineer based in Liverpool will involve supporting the improvement, reliability and performance of the sites pharmaceutical processes. Duties and responsibilities include: Main point of contact for the capacity expansion project. Creating detailed project plans using MS Project as well as updating, monitoring and tracking the projects. Ensuring that all sub-projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Performing / supporting pFMEA analysis, assessments for manufacturing, quality and EHS to minimise project risks. Collecting all data (process, quality, validation) from archive to create URSetc. Supporting the DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, protocols preparation and validation process. Supporting EHS activities. This is a 24 months contract role with a great salary paying between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum and excellent benefits including Life insurance, Pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top and much more. Skills: To apply for the role of Pharmaceutical Project Process Engineer you will have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical is preferred). Green belt or black belt certified. Strong knowledge of validation process DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ in pharma companies. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Environment Health and Safety. IOSH Membership (Chartership preferred). Previous experience as a Process Engineer within the pharmaceutical or related industry. Experience with MS Project.
