Job Description
Area Manager - Nursing Homes - North East Linq Healthcare are working in partnership with a nursing home group with 10+ nursing homes across the North East of England. They're looking to recruit an Area Manager to cover their services across Newcastle, Northumberland and York. As the Area Manager you will: * Be responsible for overseeing a number of services ensuring that quality standards are being maintained * Provide support and guidance to the Home Manager * Lead from the front in driving quality, occupancy and financial performance across all sites * Have an understanding of how to implement company strategies and policies including recruitment, marketing and CQC standards * Undertake operational and quality project work as and when required (e.g. audits, investigations, mentoring etc) To be considered for this position you must: * Have been a Registered / Home Manager * Have multisite management experience * Have or have had a NMC pin number * Occasional overnight stays as and when required * Demonstrable coaching leadership skills * Strong panning, organisational and communication skills To be considered for this position or for more information call Jo Reid on 07402817248 or send your CV by following the link below.
