Area Support Manager - Leading Pub Company - Across the North East - Up to £55,000. Area Support Manager - The Rewards Salary up to £55,000 Management bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Performance based incentives Great training and development opportunities Accommodation provided Area Support Manager - Requirements A high performing General Manager with strong experience in new openings or turning around underperforming businesses, preferably from a strong branded pub or restaurant background Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service A real self-starter with tonnes of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality A supportive leader who has a passion for coaching and developing their team Ideally 5 years of experience at General Manager level An energetic personality who can quickly gain the engagement and buy-in of established teams and rapidly identify low hanging fruit as well as developing a turnaround strategy for each business A genuine passion for food and delivering great hospitality to your guests Knowledge of P&L, rota and stock management You must be flexible regarding location and must be comfortable working away from home for long periods; accommodation will be provided Area Support Manager - Responsibilities You will be placed into businesses for periods of up to several months and tasked with implementing turnaround processes and procedures Getting under the skin of business challenges across a range of areas: people, profit, service, strategy Driving impeccable standards both front and back of house Leading and developing a team and building the foundations for future success Motivating a range of teams, driving passion for an awesome customer experience Stock management and rota organisation Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards at all times Driving sales and build relationships with local groups, businesses identifying appropriate marketing opportunities About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
