Job Description

: Maesa is currently seeking a UK Key Account Sales Manager to join the team based in London. Working within this highly entrepreneurial and fast paced business the successful candidate will operate as Key Account Sales Manager reporting to the UK NBD Director. This role will be responsible for the execution of sales plans and initiatives for the business for UK specialty retail customers across the fashion and drugstore channel - supporting the development and management of beauty brands. The role will focus on enhancing business relationships and driving increased year over year sales through repeat business and new initiatives for this category of customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Working closely with the UK New Business Development Director - supports the annual sales plan within the organizational strategy and objectives. * Implement and execute sales policies and practices. * Ensure communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the Marketing team. * Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. * Work closely with the Marketing/Planning/Operations teams based in our Paris office to ensure optimum customer service. * Performs other related duties as assigned * Enriching and improving the total Maesa UK business Skills ans competencies: * Minimum 5 years Sales experience in a related field within UK * Have a passion for beauty and personal care * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Relationship builder with impact and the ability to impact and influence across retailer functions * Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, driving insights and forecasting * Thrives in a creative and entrepreneurial fast-moving environment * Collaboration, communication and teamwork will be an essential part of this role both internally and externally * The passion to come to work every day and make a difference to the Maesa organisation with commitment to the company values * Planning: an ability to think ahead. French is a plus * Position based in the UK with regular travel to the Paris office
