We are supporting our client with their recruitment for a bright and well rounded Account Manager - IDEAL if you are looking for a new challenge in a busy and demanding agency environment. Ideally you will have 3 - 4 years experience working within an agency environment, are self motivated with heaps of enthusiasm. * You will need to have experience in client management across a number of accounts - managing the sooth delivery of projects, but also the role requires you to build strong relationships with clients and evidence of this will be crucial. * The ability to take a brief from a client, both written and verbally, and develop this into a succinct creative brief to inform the development of creative is crucial. It is the platform for all strong creative and the ability to understand the client brief and identify and obtain relevant insights to feed our thinking should come naturally from an inquisitive nature shown. * Proven experience in developing an approach, supporting budget and estimate, through to the final delivery of a project must be almost second nature. A logical approach to the planning of resources and workflow will need to be applied to projects from the outset. * Attention to detail is a huge. * Demonstrating an understanding of brand development and campaign creation - covering strategy, brand architecture and integrated campaign planning * A calm and controlled approach to managing multiple projects and requirements for different clients at any one time will be crucial. Planning of your time and others to achieve your desired outcomes and deadlines will be a daily requirement. * Experience in presenting creative work to clients and managing their expectations on a day-to-day basis is crucial. Whilst digital communications will be common when liaising with clients, they hold a strong belief in face to face meetings and calls, so you should be comfortable with all communication formats. * Being commercial astute is key to the role as you will lead estimating, invoicing and project budgeting across your clients. * Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
