Description Seven Bridges is connecting the world's biomedical information to accelerate research and improve health. We are building the most advanced cloud computing platform for genomics data analysis. Our team and product enable scientists to analyze genomic data faster and more efficiently than ever, so they can focus on making progress in genomics and personalized medicine. Reporting into our Chief Sales Officer, the Senior Sales Executive will drive new business development opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers, work with internals teams to meet client needs and ultimately close deals. This is a hybrid hunter/farmer role while also working to implement processes as we continue to grown the team. Responsibilities: * Research, identify, and make connections with prospects and potential clients for SBG solutions. * Manage all facets of complex sales cycles * Develop and implement account strategies and sales plans to achieve or exceed quota target * Anticipating and mitigating client challenges * Collaborating with cross functional teams to adapt and scope solutions to meet client needs * Maintaining up to date activity, planning, forecasting and deal closure * Maintaining a current and professional level understanding of genomics and related bioinformatic material. * Actively participating at meetings and conferences as needed * Travel may be required up to 30% Required Education and Experience: * 3+ years' experience selling software or services with a proven track record of success. * Player/Coach mentality, understand how to navigate and reach the right people to speak * Strong executive presence coupled with the ability to communicate effectively * Someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture but also very comfortable taking initiative and working independently * Excellent time management skills and highly results-oriented
