Role overview EasyWeb Group was formed in 2005, back then we wanted to offer an alternative forward-thinking recruitment solution. Fast forward to the present day and we've grown from a simple start-up to one of the leading premium providers of tailored recruitment services & solutions to the UK market. We're proud to be innovative and in doing so provide both direct advertising & a full 360 agency recruitment models. We also provide free training to 1000's of inhouse HR & recruitment professionals. To top it all off we have our own recruitment software product, built & supporting by our talented inhouse team. To put it simply, we are an enthusiastic bunch, who look to provide an awesome service whilst also having fun. Salary: Competitive Basic 1st year OTE £45-50k, 2nd year OTE £60K Location: Work from home, covering London sales territory Benefits: Pension, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Employee Discount Scheme that includes: Gym, Cinema, etc About the Role: Our Account Directors spend 2-4 days per work meeting with new and existing clients. Working in a consultative manner they help clients to improve their recruitment processes, recommending our solutions where relevant. We offer a range of free services (training, employee engagement surveys, recruitment audit reports) that help our staff to engage with new customers and build rapport. Once trust has been established we will look to also introduce our paid for services of recruitment advertising, recruitment software/applicant tracking system and our recruitment agency. This strategy of engaging with clients and solving some of their problems for free, before introducing our paid for services, is proving to be very successful and is helping us to develop a positive reputation in the industry. It also means that our sales team are working with warm prospects who have already engaged with the business rather than cold leads. A key strategic aim for our business and our sales team is to sell our recruitment software which has an annual renewal rate of over 90%. This means that our field sales team is able to efficiently grow their client base and earning potential year on year. What we are looking for: We're looking to hear from candidates who have experience of working in a client facing B2B sales role and able to work in a consultative manner. You will need some knowledge of recruitment processes which is likely to come from having worked in this industry. You should also be optimistic, self-motivated, fun, inquisitive, talkative, smiley, lively, enterprising and fierce (in a good way).
