Job Description
The role of the platform team is to: - Building internal tools that based on our ML experience to optimize the data collection pipeline and speed up the system development process. - Building customer support centre platform that allows logging of the agent behavior and tools that speed up the customer support centre workflow. In turn, you will be a key contributor to solving one of the hardest problems in AI, working with a world-leading team of machine learning researchers and engineers. Responsibilities - Developing the backend service for prototyping and testing machine learning models. - Building the customer support centre platform backend service for internal customer support centre operators. - Working on data logging and data collection platform to support the need for machine learning model training. - Working in an Agile environment with short release cycles. Requirements Qualifications (as many as possible) - Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. - 3 - 8 years of experience in software engineering - Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, GCP) - Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle: coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations. - Understanding of different data storage engines (SQL, NoSQL, key-value stores) - Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures. - Must be a proficient programmer, able to code quickly in e.g. python, go, c++. Benefits Salary: £ 90 - 120K
