Part II Architectural Assistant (Huntingdon) £20k - £26k competitive salaries and benefits commensurate with experience The Company Our Client is a leading provider of agency, professional and consultancy services across the whole range of rural, commercial and residential property, agriculture and the environment. Operating from a growing network of offices throughout East Anglia, the Midlands and Yorkshire and Humber region . Are you looking for your next step in your early career as a Part II Architectural Assistant , This may be the perfect opportunity for you that can offer you career progression to become a fully qualified Architect. In addition you would be working side by side with a senior Architect and number of planners within their Huntington office. The Role They will be able to offer you all of the support and training to integrate you fully into the field of Architecture and Planning. They are a well-known practice who reward hard working and enthusiastic individuals that are willing to prove themselves and strive within this multi discipline practice. They operate across the whole of the Midlands as well as also operating international offices overseas. The projects they cover include Barn conversions, Heritage, Renovation schemes, Education and Residential projects. The ideal candidate will have: · Ideally with proven experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, within a UK practice and a sound understanding of the UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications. · Have proficiency in AutoCAD Sketchup or Illustrator. · Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple jobs. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. · Be able to demonstrate a good level of technical detailing.
