JOB TITLE: Mechanical Fitter LOCATION: Wakefield RATE: £14-£16 P/H START: ASAP Working hours Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 16:00 pm EXO Technical are recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to work for a growing medium sized manufacturer of mechanical material handling equipment sold to companies across the UK. They will continually train on all products whilst you will be working in small, technically specialist teams. Become a recognised expert in this industry and enjoy working as a skilled engineer. The Mechanical Fitter should be able to read mechanical layout drawings, strip, test, repair, mark out, and then drill or fit components. Work shop based. EXPERIENCE: * Workshop engineer/ mechanical fitter/ mechanical technician/ mechanical assembly * background in equipment & machinery * experience in stripping and rebuilding mechanical products * Apprentice trained (Preferred) * welding/fabrication experience EXO Technical is an equal opportunities employer
