Graduate Trainee, Recruitment Consultant - Remote / home based near near Margate in Kent (Ramsgate or Broadstairs) or East London eg Hackney or Tower Hamlets. We may have the answer. As a member of the BluZinc team you will be given the trust and support to become the go to consultant in digital marketing and eCommerce industry. Our unique model allows you to manage your time as you wish without the pressure of multiple unnecessary targets or internal meetings. We constantly talk about how many phone calls you make a day, how many CV's you send out or how many interviews you have taking place per week. Your success will be measured on what you deliver in the way of great placements with clients that you have built close and long term partnerships with. Your ultimate target will be the same as any other recruitment job, to make placements whilst delivering an excellent client and candidate experience evidenced by their feedback and referrals. Through our CEO and his impressive contacts and networks we are already a preferred supplier to some of the biggest international tech business' and most exciting tech or digital consumer eCommerce startup's. Through his membership and sponsorship of various elite events and groups (Including Baby Bathwater Institute, Intrigue Summit, Talent Leaders Connect, Hacker X and Working Futures) we have an ongoing stream of market leads to talk to us as well as ongoing repeat and referral business in these areas. However, you will be responsible for generating your own clients and fees under your Directors leadership, coaching and support. We operate on a global basis with multiple successful projects completed throughout Europe, APAC, the Americas and Africa and as part of our team you will have the freedom to expand your chosen area internationally without restriction. Our culture is based on trust, openness and flexibility so if you have ideas or methods you'd like to put forward the CEO and your team will always be close by to discuss and assist. No red tape, no multi layered chain of management to fight through. We have access to a state of the art cloud based database system, ATS and multiple leading job boards, marketing and social media platforms to allow you to reach your target audience at the push of a button. Although we are remote based we still have equal if not more resources and support than most of the large corporate recruitment business' out there with the added benefit of not having to commute to an office every day, no city suits and boots and no need to be in a corporate office for core hours that are set in stone every day. During the first 3 - 6 months, the focus for new hires without recruitment experience, you will learn via our online training system and on the job supporting your Director as their headhunter, advertising jobs, searching CVs and online profiles, contacting potential candidates about jobs, telephone interviews, face to face interviews. all with full guidance from your Director who will teach you everything you need to know, and brief you on the clients and jobs you will be working on to support his service delivery. Your manager will teach you all about business development and sales to manage a consultative candidate process and also to win your own new clients, and bring in jobs for your own portfolio of clients to manage. It is possibly for you to be working on your own self sourced new jobs as soon as you feel confident doing so. For candidates with previous sales or telemarketing experience, this could be within the first few weeks of joining, or more gradually over 3-9 months. When you have placed candidates with 3 of your own clients, you will be promoted and we will hire your trainee replacement to support your manager.
