Head Hunter Resourcing are on the hunt for a talented Digital Hardware Engineer for our Cornish based client "Digital Electronic Hardware Design, Development and system evaluation. Multi-discipline circuit design and product prototype evaluation with consideration to EMC compliance. advise PCB layout" Requirements Working within the client's R&D team your duties will include Digital Electronic Hardware Design and Development High speed digital design - Logic, Timing, Signal Integrity Microprocessor and Microcontroller design, DSP, FPGA, CPLD, Memory. Digital serial communications, ADC, DAC, logic and memory device interfaces. Control surface electronics: rotary encoders, touch screen technology, USB and Ethernet peripherals. Cost and manufacture design analysis Circuit Schematic and advise PCB layout - space and cost critical designs essential. Circuit/PCB prototype evaluation involving signal integrity, general electrical noise, EMC and power behaviour. Liaison with production engineering including engineering change documentation and advising production on test strategy.
