Job Description We are currently recruiting a PFS Production Support Specialist to support the Operations team in ensuring cGMP compliance is adhered to, and customer service targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities: + Develop & lead the process to ensure that Operational compliance (PFS Filling) is reviewed, reported & recommendations made to operations and Quality Management to ensure compliance with global site & regulatory expectations + Where necessary - support completion of NCR's CAPA's and Change Controls' + Generate, update, review & implement all operational documentation changes. As operations expert to check for cGMP, Regulatory & HSE compliance + Develop & manage the measurement, reporting and visual management process to ensure provision of technical & packaging data e.g. downtime, changeover, throughput & customer service. + To train & develop team members in MRP2 system & processes (SAP) ensuring all appropriate standards are robustly achieved. + Develop & deliver training packages to ensure that all operational staff (PFS Filling) are capable of operating to cGMP in filling operations + Ensure Operations department validation is maintained in a compliant state. Qualifications + Qualified to degree level in a Science or Engineering based discipline Knowledge, Skills and Experience + Must have a wide technical base that can be applied in a Pharmaceutical packaging environment + Good communicator, motivator & team player with the ability to set & deliver high performance standards. + Must be able to influence & motivate people to achieve all supply chain goals + Must be able to lead pharmaceutical;/packaging compliance, standards & operational performance improvement. + Must be able to present the departmental activities & debate technical issues with confidence Function Manufacturing Sub Function Manufacturing/Operations Already Working @TEVA?
