Job Description

Description What you will do: * build relationships with the top UK clients as well as optimize the performance of their campaigns * coach and support new account managers sharing your knowledge and experience * identify strategic growth opportunities, develop methodologies and frameworks; * meet key clients face to face regularly to ensure premium customer service; * establish remarketing strategies based on data analysis; * respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner; * regularly report on a campaign status and provide improvement ideas; * lead customers in the process of launching ad campaigns; * develop professional technical knowledge by attending international training sessions; * travel regularly across the UK region for client meetings. Requirements: * experience (4-6 years) in managing online advertising campaigns * previous experience working for AdTech, advertiser or agency (online area); * bachelor's degree; * ability to build and maintain client relationships; * ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements; * very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * high level of motivation and willingness to learn; * positive, can-do attitude.
