Job Description

A successful lettings and management company based in East London are looking to expand their team are recruiting an Office Administrator to improve the efficiency of the office whilst providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities * Highly organised with a great attention to detail * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel * Excellent communication skills * Strong record keeping skills * The ability to maintain a varied workload and prioritise tasks * Ability to handle confidential information * Main Responsibilities & Duties * Track stock of stationary and order supplies when necessary * Manage incoming calls and correspondence * Photocopying, filing and scanning documents * Assisting in chasing invoices * Maintaining internal databases * General admin duties Hours & Pay Monday - Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 10am - 3pm Basic salary starting from 10,000 dependent on experience and discussed at the interview stage This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established and growing company, where you will be playing an integral role in a friendly and supportive team.
