Job Description

Technical Skills: * Provide day-to-day support on a variety of technology issues covering problem isolation and resolution of all 2nd line technical incidents. This would predominantly cover, but not be limited to, the support of all Desktop operating systems (Windows 7/10), desktop applications (Office 2010/2016, Office 365), networks (LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi), Exchange and Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Workstations, Tablets, Mobile Devices, Printers/Copiers. * Encryption - McAfee/Bit-locker * Video Conferencing, Audio-Visual equipment and Telecom's support. Reporting faults to 3rd party * suppliers, and escalating as required * Refresh/Deployment of devices Process Skills: * Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups * Record interactions using ticket tool * Knowledge base and perform troubleshooting as per defined process * Follow up and closure of incidents to ensure customer satisfaction * Incident & Service management understanding (ITIL processes) Behavioral Skills: * Effective business communication * Excellent time management * Reporting accuracy * Logical thinking * Active listening and probing skills * Analytical skills Employment Type: CONTRACTOR
