Job Summary We are pleased to announce we have this great opportunity. The Hotel Housekeeper role will be working in one of London's best 4/5 star rating hotels. Job role: You will be part of a friendly Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for a high standard of guest care and cleanliness of areas of responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties Key Responsibilities: To deal courteously and effectively with all guests and provide excellent customer service. To arrive at work at the appointed time correctly dressed as per uniform standard. To sign-in the appointed log-in book and collect instruction for daily work load. To clean designated areas as per your work schedule to a consistently high standard. To be aware of Company / Hotel Fire, Health and Safety and Security Procedures Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping office. To undertake all responsible tasks as required by your housekeeper or members of the Hotel Person Specification: Customer service Attention to Detail Time Keeping Qualifications and Skills No Qualifications needed Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.
