Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain

Job Description
As a Supply Chain Enterprise Architect you will require excellent leadership, analysis and design skills as well as a strong understanding of modern technology and its implementation. You will be a technical authority, who can clearly communicate and engage senior business and IT professionals alike. Key Responsibilities: * Define the technical architecture of what the business is trying to achieve. * Implementation of architecture processes, tools and best practice. * Assure that all technical designs and solutions developed across IT are viable. * Work with the IT audience and the wider business to build a seamless and well-integrated IT system, aligned with needs, quality standards and service commitments. * Drive Supply Chain best practice architecture and processes * Partner with Supply chain professionals on how technology can be used to drive growth, increase revenues and deliver an excellent co-worker and customer journey. Essential skills and experience : * Strong problem-solving skills - Experience in resolving complex technical, functional and business issues. * Experience of gathering complex customer requirements and shaping into solutions. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to articulate technical issues and solutions with key stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to question current thinking and provide viable business solutions * End-to-end project delivery experience, from discovery through to deployment/go-live * Varied supply chain architect roles across multiple areas with supply chain * Experience of providing technical solutions within a retail environment Desirable skills : * Experience of providing functional and technical solutions within a retail environment is preferred but not essential. * Previous experience within a leading global organisation or a consulting organisation * Experience of leading international client engagements is preferred, but not essential
