Due to a period of growth GO! New Business Transformation are looking for a Partnerships Manager. The successful candidate will have a Sales & Marketing background, be able to demonstrate B2B lead and revenue generation either within an agency environment or the wider Marketing and Digital sector and will bring with them a strong personal network of brand and marketing contacts. The successful candidate will have proven experience generating leads and revenue from within their existing and wider network. The Partnerships Managers time will be split between working with the team at GO! to grow the consultancy and working onsite within their owned clients offices and across a number of different accounts. Working with the Directors at GO! it will be the Partnerships Managers responsibility to identify and meet with agencies and business who will benefit from the services we offer. The Partnerships Manager will always be responsible for their own suite of GO! clients, who they will work with to implement the bespoke New Business Transformation Strategy we have designed for them in order to generate and win new clients. This is an uncapped commission based role meaning there is an opportunity to earn extensively above the basic salary. Experience * A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Business Development / sales role within an agency environment or within the wider Marketing & Digital Sector. * A strategically driven approach to lead generation through marketing knowledge, tracking key targets, and networking. * Experience of identifying, tracking and contacting relevant target clients and individuals. * Proven revenue generation and network building. Knowledge A clear understanding of at least one of the following industries: * Creative * Marketing * Digital * Advertising * Ad-tech * PR Personal Network of Marketing, Brand and Digital professionals. Specific Skills * Ability to learn and understanding the offering of multiple clients and agencies. * Experience and competent use of Office 365 programmes. * Day to day use of CRM system to record new business activity. * Creation of sales and marketing collateral. * Proposal and report writing * Pitch preparation and delivery. Personal Attributes * Driving License and access to a vehicle. * Running your own diary and maximising productivity. * Ability to network. * Driven and ambitious to succeed and grow within our business. * Buy in to the GO!
