We're looking for a Recoveries Co-ordinator like you, with a strong background in collections. We're strong on succession, so we'd like you to stay and grow with us. What's more, you'll be working in our brand new offices in MediaCityUK, deep in the creative hub of new technologies and innovation What you'll do - Recoveries Co-ordinator: Our recoveries team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent influencing and communication skills, as well as having an analytical mindset. You'll ensure the profitability of Bibby through effective debt collection. Providing a high level of service through successfully handling objections and having a firm but professional approach. Speaking to debtors daily, you will recognise and escalate complex issues, as well as effectively prioritise tasks within a defined framework Why we want you to join us: Your strong communication style means you can successfully analyse problems with the foresight to plan and problem solve.
