Job Description

About us We are an independent creative agency with a singular focus: we create big brand ideas that engage the under 30s. We work with ambitious brands that need to be relevant in the rapidly shifting world of culture, media, technology and consumer attitude; brands who can't afford to miss the mark with their most important audience. Our culture is supportive, down-to-earth, fun, creative and professional. We are entrepreneurial by nature and are committed to creating the best work environment and package for agency staff. We invest heavily in our staff and believe in team bonding experiences. We have annual Christmas and Summer parties and in the last few years we have taken all staff on a day trip to Paris; a weekend retreat to Henley-on-Thames; a luxury 3-day ski trip to Maribel; a Maliki pop-up summer BBQ; an immersive zombie experience; in 2016 we spent 36 hours in Ibiza and last year got Christmasy in Copenhagen! We are growing rapidly and need strong, capable candidates to join our team.
