What is expected of you as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)? * You are responsible to provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies. * You will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, supervising, training and developing care staff in providing the best quality of care to the people we support. The desire to learn and the ability to inspire your team is therefore essential. * You will be a Qualified Registered Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) and be registered with the NMC. Requirements Requirement for the Role: * You should have Minimum 3-years qualification as a Nurse or Midwife * You must have at least 12 months working experience as a Nurse or Midwife. * You must meet Nursing Midwifery Council language requirement details can be found in OR NMC-UK Registration as a Nurse Benefits Detailed information will be available with our Team * In addition upon arrival in the United Kingdom you will be provided with: * Advise and support your transition into the community by assisting with finding and securing accommodation; orientation of the town/ transport links, introducing you to local community groups and assisting with general administration tasks such as applying for a bank account and national insurance number.
