Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to help manage the firm's expansion of its market access practice. As a company we analyse global trends for the risks and opportunities they create for businesses, identify strategies to mitigate those risks and drive the opportunities to our clients' advantage using our proven advocacy methods. The firm uniquely mixes public policy and engineering competencies to achieve our client goals. Are clients are technology companies and national governments. We seek an intellectually curious, senior consultant with the ability to influence the direction of the technology sector in the face of ongoing change. Candidates will have a track record of successfully managing the introduction of new products and services to market and shaping the regulatory framework for those products and services. This new position requires a candidate with proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication and analytical skills, and an ability to identify formulate and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. The candidate should be able to function collaboratively across teams and should be comfortable with thinking "outside the box" and stepping outside of their day to day workstream. Candidates must have a demonstrable record of managing and delivering on existing and new client accounts, and be able to travel internationally. The Role: Ø Management of clients' regulatory compliance and market access Ø Engagement in national, regional and international regulatory advocacy Ø Project management of key accounts Ø Developing thought leadership with respect to new business outcomes and growth of the business Ø Management of sales and business development pipelines, as well as group marketing Ø Engaging with and learning processes and pitfalls from national regulatory authorities Ø Shaping national policymakers' decision making Ø Gathering commercial and competitive intelligence To Apply: Ø Management experience in regulatory compliance and market access Ø Demonstrable account management experience Ø Track record of successful sales and business development experience Ø Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills Ø Project management experience, record of delivering products on schedule, within budget Ø Excellent English language written and oral communication skills Ø Background in technology or ICT Ø Broad understanding of international trade, politics and market trends Ø Fluency in a second language desirable Ø A professional qualification in law advantageous Please note, candidates must hold EU citizenship, or a current UK work permit if a citizen of a non-EU country.
