Business Change Analyst

Job Description
REPL Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Change Analyst to join our Consulting practice to be involved in the full project lifecycle of our Retail transformation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all change management activities are integrated with project plans, focussing on preparing teams for successful adoption of the new ways of working required to achieve the associated business benefits. What you'll be doing: * Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans * Support in the identification and assessment of business requirements * Help define user stories and end to end process flows * Co-ordinate business change impact assessments and the resulting work-stream activity * Produce and maintain change mitigation/benefit realisation plans, assessing the effectiveness of associated activities * Work closely with the client and Change lead in developing, delivering, recording and assessing stakeholder engagement * Support the Change lead in creating and updating communication and engagement plans * Co-ordinate the identification, engagement and training of super-users and change champions * Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs * Support with assessing the readiness for change of the business and advising on activities to embed the change within the business * Assist the project team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, user acceptance activity and training material * Assist in the creation of the benefits realisation plan, highlight any risks and propose mitigation activities required during implementation and transition into business as usual operations * Help build an industry-leading change management practice Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, including REPL resources, client teams and other third parties What we're looking for: * The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts * Be able to deliver across a variety of delivery methodologies including waterfall, agile and hybrid models * Strong business and systems analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot when required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all types of audiences * A desire to learn and develop and gain further experience in a complex programme environment and business change management role It would be ideal if you had: * Understanding of business change management methodologies, tools and techniques * Experienced in the design and delivery of complex technical and process training programmes * Good knowledge and experience of Retail including areas such as; * Workforce transformation * Retail supply chain * Store stock management * In-store technology * Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques * Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle * Confident in using total MS office suite, Adobe Captivate or similar and eLearning software
