We're looking for a Head of Inside Sales like you, with strong people management, lead generation and relationship building skills. What you'll do: Head of Inside Sales The Head of Inside Sales is a key role within the wider Bibby marketing function. Our sales and marketing team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as having exceptional attention to detail. You'll ensure the profitability of Bibby through effective sales generation and leading a high performing team. Supporting the UK Marketing Director, you will build a demand generation plan, and maximise new business generated, as well as leading the development of the inbound & outbound lead nurturing strategy.
