Job Description Our priority is to keep our brands and customers safe with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team playing an integral role in the identification of suspicious activity and the defence against crime. Supporting the AML Team Leader, our five Executives take ownership of their AML cases and learn from one another. This is an exciting area of the business that is constantly growing and developing to meet the industry needs. Team members need to be adaptable, resilient and able to flourish in an ever changing AML environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and remains focused despite obstacles. You will be confident in taking ownership of your decision making, drawing upon information from a wide range of available sources to consider the bigger picture and making risk based decisions. Role Responsibilities * You will be responding to concerns raised by other customer facing teams and sometimes joining conversations that are already taking place with a customer * You will coach colleagues in other customer facing teams to help them make informed decisions and ensure we are safeguarding players as well as protecting brand reputation * You will help establish visibility and strong working relationships across the wider business to help embed AML strategies and procedures. * Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes, which will affect our customers and business. * This role is based at our welcoming office in Newcastle with flexible hours to meet business needs Qualifications * Experience of working within a multi-channel customer service environment whilst delivering high levels of quality * Enthusiastic; Resilient, self-motivated team worker. * An investigative mindset and critical thinker * A decision maker with the ability to handle objections or concerns with first-time resolution. * Good time management skills * Ability to manage a high volume of requests, being flexible and dynamic in approach * Ability to understand and interpret information from a range of data sources to make well judged evidence based decisions * Quick thinker and adaptive to new scenarios Additional Information Starting salary of 20,000 + We are in a fortunate position to be continuing business as usual during the ongoing situation regarding the Covid-19 outbreak. We will be conducting all our interviews over Zoom during this time and should we find the perfect candidate for the role we will be offering the position having completed the whole process virtually. This means, it's likely when the successful candidate starts the position, they will be working from home after we have (contactlessly) delivered their equipment. This role will be office based once things return to normal, at our offices in Great Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE13).
