Overview
An exciting iGaming business is looking to recruit an experienced AML Team Leader. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, this position will have responsibility for supporting the Head of Safer Gambling and AML by managing current and emerging risk. You will lead and motivate a team of AML executives with a coaching/mentoring style to empower them with regulatory knowledge and best practice. By using your investigative knowledge you will undertake the necessary reports and analysis to keep the company safe and ahead of regulatory processes. You will identify trends and patterns and review policies and processes, making recommendations for change as required to keep the company safe.
